Mediterranean Olive Salad 
SALAD - Serves 4

Qty Ingredients
6 tomatoes chopped
3 orange heirloom tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
1 yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1-(250ml)pkg Sardo Calabrese Olives (drained)
4 tbsp. Sardo PurOliva Oil
to taste Salt and Oregano
 

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and oregano.
  3. Toss and Serve.
