Gourmet Pizza with Black Olive Tapenade

Qty Ingredients Needed
1 Pizza Shell
2 tbsp. Sardo PurOliva Oil
1-(398mL) Sardo Pitted black Olives
1-(190mL) Sardo Black Olive Tapenade
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 package shredded mozzarella
1 tomato, sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped fine
  Garnish with Fresh Basil
 
  1. Top your favorite pizza shell with sauce.
  2. To make sauce - mix oil, tomato paste, garlic, oregano in a small bowl, spoon over pizza shell leaving a 1/2" border
  3. Add mozzarella cheese,tomatoes, black olive tapenade and olives on pizza shell.
  4. Using pizza tray, place shell onto tray and bake.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browned.
  6. Preheat oven (center rack) at 400°F/205°C.
